I was shocked when I began experiencing frequent migraine headaches. Physicians could offer no more than prescriptions. Recurring sinus problems were becoming worse and I was prescribed nasal steroids and antihistamines. Concerned with the side effects of daily medications, I agreed to investigate acupuncture, but was quite skeptical. Jonathan Breslow's treatment was with electro-acupuncture and ear seeds. To my surprise, my migraines have all but disappeared and I no longer require nasal steroids or the antihistamines. It would not be an exaggeration to say that acupuncture has changed my life.
